Introducing Invite Candidates to Apply
With this new feature in the Cariera theme, employers can now proactively reach out to potential candidates by sending direct job invitations. This streamlines the hiring process and helps companies connect with the right talent faster than ever.
How to activate the feature?
The feature is disabled by default. To enable it, navigate to WP Dashboard → Resumes → Settings → Single Resume → Invite Candidate, check the box, and save the settings. Once activated, visit a single resume listing page. If your account has active job listings, you’ll see the option to invite the candidate to apply for a selected job.
