Plugin Installation

Let’s begin by installing the plugin.

Step 1:
Unzip the main downloaded file. Inside, you’ll find the plugin zip file named cariera-events-{version}.zip.

Step 2:
Navigate to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.

Step 3:
Install and activate the plugin.

Creating the Main Pages

You’ll need to create three pages to manage all event-related functionalities:

1. Submit Event Page:
   Create a page and insert the shortcode [cariera_submit_event].
2. Event Dashboard Page:
   Create a page and insert the shortcode [cariera_event_dashboard].
3. Event Listings Page:
   Create a page and insert the shortcode [cariera_events].

Assigning the Main Pages

To ensure the plugin recognizes the main pages, you’ll need to configure the settings accordingly.

Step 1: Navigate to WP Dashboard > Events > Settings > Pages.

Step 2: For each option, select the corresponding pages you created earlier.
